HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – The on temper cooling recess of the House of Representatives is set for resumption with the Somaliland president re-launching business with his third annual address to the nation.
The house of representative Somaliland’s lower chamber of parliament went into a recess of two months suggested by the Guurti, the upper chamber, in order to cool temperatures that had then evaporated following factional in-fighting between house speaker Irro and his deputy Bashe.
While no official date of ending the irregular two months recess forced upon the house has been announced yet thus statrt the 24th sitting of the house , presidency sources indicate that president Ahmed Mahmud Silanyo and his team are have completed arrangements for the state of the nation address
