Somalilandsun- The Somaliland National Election Commission- NEC should be flexible as relates to the debate on possibility of holding presidential elections as slated this March.
According to the Somaliland presidential advisor on election affairs, Abdilahi Abdi Hajji Omar (Jawaan) politics parties should stop dictating to NEC which in turn should stop dillydallying and show mettle in fulfilling its constitutional mandated
