HARGEISA (Somalilandsun) – An official government delegation is en-route to work weeklong visit to the Turkish capital Ankara.
The three member delegation led by Foreign minister Dr. Mohamed Abdilahi Omar includes the education minister Hon Zamzam Aden Abdi and her Water, Energy and mineral resources counterpart Eng. Hussein Abdi Duale.
Ministers who
linked up in Addis Ababa who visiting turkey on official invitation extended to the head of state H.E Ahmed Mahmud Silanyo, the prime minister of Turkey Hon Recep Tayyip Erdogan.
“Owing to pressing national issues the president has postponed his planned trip to Turkey and instead has dispatched three ministers to represent him in the Ankara discussions” read a statement from the ministry of information
According to the minister of Dr. Mohamed A Omar the delegation will hold talks with various officials in Turkey including the country’s ministers of Energy, Education, foreign affairs, Development among others.
