NAIROBI (Somalilandsun) – A government delegation is expected to participate in an international conference.
The Delegation composed of the foreign minister Dr Mohamed Abdilahi Omar and Interior minister Mohamed Nuur Arale ‘Duur’ which travel to Kenya via Addis Ababa Ethiopia is due in Nairobi any time soon.
The two ministers who are to attend a regional conference deliberating on security and political issues in the Horn of Africa are also expected to meet various international foreign missions based in the Kenya capital Nairobi.
The invitation and subsequent participation of Somaliland in this conference comes as no surprise considering the statures that the country has continued to accrue internationally due to having established and sustained peace in one of the world’s most volatile region but its perfect democratization as well, that arguably surpasses and envied by many nations in Africa and elsewhere as well.
