Somalilandsun-Mr. Khadar Mohamed Akule has become the new executive office of the Somaliland National Television(SLNTV) following the just announced reshuffle by the Head of State of the Ministers and parastatals chiefs.
When The Horn Tribune newspaper contacted the new public television chief to seek his views and proffer congratulations, he took the opportunity to thank the President H.E Ahmed Mohamed Mahmoud Silanyo.
“I thank the President for according me this opportunity to serve the public”, said Mr. Akule.
He added that do utmost best and face the new management task and challenges bestow upon him with diligence and steadfastness.
Mr. Akule who is a popular TV and Radio personality is a veteran with huge fans.
He thanked all who wished him well in his new endeavour.
The appointment that sees Akule replaced his fired predecessor Ali Abdi Mahdi came via a presidential decree that also saw president Silanyo make major changes to his administration
