Hargeisa: (Somalilandsun) All journalists in Hargeisa city held a meeting with the Minister of Interior Hon. Ali Mohammed Waran-adde at Hargeisa.
The Minister of Interior Hon. Waran-adde told the journalists that the registration exercise will start soon so they should be prepared for the awareness of the registration. He also told them to shun tribalism in their coverage of information and news to the society. The Minister said “the journalists should pass the right information to the community but not false information”.
He also advised the press members to paint Somaliland in a positive image that could be beneficial I recognizing the country as peaceful, stable and democratic nation.
