Mr Raygal is the immediate Former director general of the national Printing agency In the decree president Silanyo thanked those he fired for their diligence service to the public while urging them to hand over immediately to facilitate continued operations at their former offices. President Silanyo stressed on the fact that public office belongs to the people and it was his prerogative to ensure that suitable persons hold the offices on behalf of the people.
